Another day. Another major jobs announcement yesterday in the Charlotte region!
Zenta is expanding in Charlotte. Zenta? Zenta who?
Given the worldwide presence of its consumer brands, most in the greater Charlotte region were familiar with the Electrolux name with last week’s news that the Swedish-based company is establishing its North American headquarters here.
Not so true with Zenta. But that is certain to change given NC Governor Bev Perdue’s announcement yesterday that Zenta, a global financial services outsourcing company based in New York, intends to expand its presence in Charlotte with a $2.19 million investment and 1,000+ new jobs over the next 5 years.
